The face of education is changing rapidly in today’s globalised, digital era. It is our mission to be at the forefront of these changes. We need bold and inspiring leaders to contribute to the betterment of education at this global level, to help raise standards within schools in the UAE and across the world, and ultimately ensure that every child gets the best start in life.
TELLAL’s Leadership Pathways support aspiring, novice and experienced leaders in building quality leadership mindsets and capabilities to lead successful educational and organisational transformation.
TELLAL’s Leadership Pathways are specifically designed to facilitate the development of progressive and qualified leaders from teacher to system level. The programmes innovatively blend international and national research to enhance four leadership domains: Professional and Ethical Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Educational Leadership and Organisational Leadership. Aspiring and current leaders have 5 pathways to choose from, each of which are self-reflective and self-directed programmes that allow leaders to identify and focus on their strengths and development areas.
TELLAL’s Leadership Pathways also support the ongoing learning and growth of senior leaders by enhancing three modes of systems leadership: the expertise of Achieving Leadership, the innovative abilities of Adaptive Leadership and the mature leadership strengths that result in Enabling Leadership. By utilising a blended learning programme of 360-degree assessments, mentoring, action learning and leadership exchanges, each programme ensures the development of high-quality leaders who will transform their educational environments for a better tomorrow.
