Learning Objectives:

1. To develop an understanding of Pedagogical Leadership in an educational setting through shadowing a current Pedagogical Leader/Coach/Mentor
2. To gain an appreciation of the highlights and challenges of Pedagogical Leadership in an educational setting through observation and interview
3. To reflect upon the leadership styles of others and apply this to your own aspirations for Pedagogical Leadership
4. To apply own strengths within a small-scale pedagogical improvement project
5. To self-assess their performance as a Pedagogical Leader
