Target Audience:

Designed for experienced Principals (with their Senior Leadership Team), aspiring or current Vice Presidents who wish to build on-going leadership mastery to support team leadership for school and system excellence.  

Features: The workshops focus on developing the  3 modes of system leadership: Achieving (leadership capabilities and expertise), Adaptive (leadership innovation and influence) and Enabling (leadership sustainability and impact).  

 

The workshops centre on enhancing school and system transformation through network and global leadership collaborative projects and knowledge exchanges. 

Provides participants with a leadership toolkit to facilitate school, network and system improvement. 

Learning Objectives:

1.     Apply a deep understanding of collective efficacy, which involves people working together to create organisational best practice.

2.     This module will support aspiring school leaders to think and act systemically and strategically to realise whole school sustained improvement through effective planning.

3.     The learning supports leadership through planning with explicit engagement of all members of the school community to build capacity and collective ownership of school improvement
