Target Audience:

Designed for experienced Principals (with their Senior Leadership Team), aspiring or current Vice Presidents who wish to build on-going leadership mastery to support team leadership for school and system excellence.  

Features: The workshops focus on developing the  3 modes of system leadership: Achieving (leadership capabilities and expertise), Adaptive (leadership innovation and influence) and Enabling (leadership sustainability and impact).  

 

The workshops centre on enhancing school and system transformation through network and global leadership collaborative projects and knowledge exchanges. 

Provides participants with a leadership toolkit to facilitate school, network and system improvement. 

Learning Objectives:

1.     To support the participant to lead and foster a culture of learning which is collaborative and engaging at all levels – meeting student, staff and school learning needs.

2.     To support building collaborative governance with key stake holders.
